The latest episode of American Horror Story dug deeper into the past of the Polk family and it didn’t hold back when it came to murder either.
American Horror Story Season 6 Episode 9 leaves only three original survivors and one random guest, and all are left to fend for their own survival. Half of the Polk family may have died, but the remaining two sons are still out there, and the ghosts in the house are right behind them.
Lee was the one who struggled most, first losing her ear and a piece of her leg only to then have to flirt with the incestous Polk cameraman to try to escape. And in the end, it was almost all for nothing because she has to go back to retrieve the taped confession of her murdering her ex-husband. She thought she was giving her daughter closure, only to end up screwing herself in the process.
There’s only a few people left after the brutal murders inside that possessed house, who will make it out alive? Will it be Audrey, the emotional wreck who has enough ”good luck” to escape death again and again? Maybe it’s Monet, the unknown factor in all this that’s nowhere to be found?
Or it could be Lee, the strongest and most well-developed one of them all? She has a lot to live for, specifically to cover up the fact that she admitted to the crime she claimed she was never involved in?
But perhaps it’s Dylan, the actor that we have yet to meet outside of the show who already made a wonderful impression wearing the Pig mask?
Lee is the one that would make the most sense; she has been through hell and back. But maybe while all eyes are on here, one of the other three rises up and stays alive by not being in the spotlight?
Who are those hikers in the trailer for the next episode? Will they be added to the very high death toll? Why are they going into an area that was highly publicized to be the farthest thing from safe?
Death continues to come to American Horror Story: Roanoke at 10/9c on FX.
